☀️ What a great afternoon for our Wellness Afternoon developing our appreciation of looking after ourselves and our mental Health.
Thank you to Miss Moore for organising, as well as talks from Tracey Taggart from EA, one of our parents who specialises in Mental Health, Stef Bellerby, and mindfulness session with Helen Lily. This was a lovely community event and we look forward to some more in the months ahead.
Thank you to support from Aware NI, LIPS, Spiral Soul, Itworks, Action for Children, Education Authority, Geraldine Granleese, as well as our local businesses in town donating vouchers for the day. ☀️
