Primary 7 have been experimenting to see the effect of exercise on our brains. This week they recruited the P5 class to help them get some results. The children had to take a times tables quiz before and after doing exercise. To make it a fair test they made sure to take the exact same test twice. Primary 7 found that the majority of the scores improved after the children had exercised. So make sure to warm up your bodies and your brain before taking a test!
