September saw the whole school participate in a very successful Science Week. Rachael from Science Boffins came to show some exciting experiments to the whole school. She then worked with each class making rockets. Emma from Foyle Loughs Agency also visited that week, teaching all the classes about fish and seaweed. Each class also spent lots of time with their teacher, completing experiments, searching for wildlife and talking about science.
In Primary 6 we became private investigators. A favourite pet had been captured and was being ransomed, and a friend of Mr.Carlisle's had his favourite vase broken. We used chromatography and fingerprinting to identify the culprit!
