On the 15th of March Primary One had a very exciting surprise. Mrs Smallwood brought in some day old chicks. After making a special appearance in assembly, the children enjoyed observing the chicks and handling them very carefully. They found out how they hatched out of their eggs and what they needed to help they grow into strong healthy chickens.
